How do I get a client to stop making pes at me? I'm very scared of him.?

I am an in-home tutor and teach a student who lives in a very, shall I say, trashy and disrespectful home. Everytime I visit her home, her uncle tells me how beautiful I am, flexes his muscles, and asks me if I'm his new girlfriend. He reached to feel my calf the other day to "see if I was really working out," and I pulled away fast and said "Oh, NO!" He reached again until he could feel my leg even though I said no. I am very tired of this happening, but am honestly terrified of this guy. He acts like if I don't respond to his compliments that he's going to get very upset or something. I wear an engagement ring on my left hand and am very business like when I visit the home. No revealing clothes, no flirtation. Please help me to deal with this. I work for a company that makes me finish my tutoring ignments as a contractor, so I can't quit this job, otherwise I have to pay the company. I am so scared of this guy. He is older and always making a joke something, but you can tell he is up to no good. His friends say things like "Excuse me miss. I don't even know you but I love you." It's ghetto behavior and my politeness isn't helping.
