Cannot get to my AOL mail. A bogus site comes up.?

After I type my user name and pword on AOL mail, a site comes that says "We're reinventing ourselves... Welcome to a different AOL". Then it wants my credit card, ATM pin, etc. Of course, I did not give it. But my question is, how do I get past this bogus site? Is it phishing, virus, spyware, anybody out there know? I have an anti virus and anti spyware. I also cleared cookies and enabled pop up blocker. Nothing seems to work.
