Could I have glaucoma?

It's probably something as simple as a change in the moisture levels of your tear ducts due dry eyes or allergies. The glaucoma patients we get at our office usually complain of pain (but not always) and usually it's high intraocular pressure due to a recent surgery so most of the time, the patients themselves do not know they have it. And there is definitely a hereditary component but you are very young. Go to an opthalmologist or optometrist. It's a very simple test using a tonopen to check for this, average pressure of the optic nerve should fall between 10-20. Good luck.
