If a guy is feeling you he would most definitely ask for your number. But on the other hand he could just be a little intimidated with your friends around. Make eye contact with him when you're not surrounded by your girls (make sure you smile) and see if he comes your way. If he doesn't make the move then you should just leave it alone.
