How can this philoshopy be seen through?

the idea that the philosophy of idealism can be true is one that i found true but then some questions came and some healthy skepticism if its true that only the mind and its contents exists then how do we get information from material things and how can we feel love or is this some trick of our mind,s contents and how can we feel pain too ? and how can minds just exist without anything but our senses and why do we feel attached to material things if they are not there is because we are not attached to them but what our senses do when our mind sends a signal to them saying that the material thing is there when its really not. Im so confused right now oh does an i.q test count if its from a diff country because i got average and i was wondering if it counted as there were sum questions about their countries history?????can iq tests be counted as a material thing or a measurement of ones minds contents
