Arms are sore from working out, how can i recover faster?

drinking a lot of water will help. The lactic acid build up in the muscles is what causes the soreness. Water will help to flush it out. Another thing that can help is to fill one side of your kitchen sink with ice water and the other with nice warm water. Soak each arm in the ice water for about 5-10 minutes and then soak in the warm water for the same amount of time. That was always my trick when I did 7-8 mages a day and my arms felt like they were going to fall off.
