Bedroom decorating ideas?

I had an idea when I was shopping today and found a body pillow with a cow skin print, and thought maybe a rustic/country feel to the room would be nice. I don't live in the country so it can't be way out there and cowboy-ish. But I'm also looking for ideas that are simple (more neutral colors, mature, etc.) so if you have pictures of ideas that would be great! Oh, and I'm keeping my white furniture (dresser, vanity, but getting new headboard, maybe a wall decal or shelving instead) thank you so much! every post is appreciated! :)
