Blond, British female that plays the piano, who is she?

I can't think of her name and none of her songs comes to mind But her face is so clear. I'm searching for her for a friend and she can't remember her name either. All I know about her is she's white, blond maybe even a dirty-blond, has a British accent (or so i think) and she sings while playing the piano with a soulful/pop sound. She's young, came out a few years back. If any of you know who I'm describing, please answer. Or, if you can throw a few names out there to help me remember, that would be awesome! Thanks!
