What's wrong with me?

I have some spinal cord disorder. It is something spastic. Like my hands will even shake randomly if they are weak. Also I limp when I walk. But after I had surgury to stretch my hamstrings so I can walk better, my memory got really bad and I feel like my spelling is like a fourth grader, and I have more of a sloured speach when I talk. Like with s and th. I also mix their and thier. Feels like I'm dyslexic after that surgery, and it's been 1 and 1/2 years now and I still havnt told anyone and I havnt gone to the doctors. I do very good in school causebi really dedicate my time but now college is coming up and idk if this is something permanent or fixable
