Can someone please let me know how I can report someone immigrates to US through fake marriage?

If she was married at the time of your marriage, that means your marriage to her is null and void. You can always contact immigrations and inform them that she was married previously, that you just discovered this. She committed immigration fraud by not mentioning this previous marriage. She would have had to submit a divorce decree before she would have been given a visa.
